Justin proposes to Brian

I've been thinking of this fic for awhile now ,but I can't remember who wrote it and I want to read it again.I remember that Justin has returned to Pittsburgh from New York a failure,I think.He is in a restaurant having dinner with his mother and he runs into the Brian with his boyfriend,they are celebrating their engagement.Thru the course of the story you find out Justin had proposed to Brian and handcrafted a ring for him years before,but Brian said no.Does anybody know this one?

It is a great story but chapter 11 is shorter than original story.
