QAF Stories as eBooks!

Right now we're doing pdf and epub files (can request others). Each ebook comes with coverart, metadata (Title, Author, Editor(Beta), Illustrator(Cover Artiste), and a workable table of contents. I want to get the author of the fics permission before I convert anything just to make sure I'm not stepping on any toes.

 

So whether you're a reader or a writer, please check us out. Recommend a story you'd like to see converted or give us permission to convert one of your stories!

Honestly, I'm toying with the idea of an e-reader simply so I could put fanfiction on it and be able to take it with me much more easily. This is a very cool idea - especially the coverart, metadata, etc.

Seems like a pretty cool idea. Do you actually create cover art for the stories?

I have converted mine to pdf already (complete with cover art). What do you need to start with? pdf files? Word files? HTML? LOL, I guess I could go to the site and find out, huh? *g*

If you haven't already checked out the site to see... we start with either wherever you already have your stories posted, or email a word file. Also, yep! We have a great team of cover artists who will happily create a cover for you if you give them a nifty description of whatcha want. Or we'd gladly attach cover art you already have.

There are so many wonderful authors out there that I would love to see converted!!
And btw, I give permission for my fics to be converted if anyone is interested.

No worries :) It was just for a couple of days that for whatever reason the site wouldn't come up for me. I've been able to get in since with no problem.
