Looking for some feel good fic recs

Hi all-

I am having surgery next Thursday and will spend the weekend reading. I was wondering if you all could recommend some B/J fic for me to pass the time. I enjoy fics with plot and smut, also a happy ending is a must and please no death fics. Thanks so much!

EDIT: Got some wonderful recs in the comments, but would love more...Thanks all!

These two are quite long but I love them dearly:

Experiments (http://www.mags-nificent.com/MSW/WF/EX.htm) by Wren and

That Happy Feeling (http://qaf-fic.com/atp/viewstory.php?sid=8519) by Rizabeau

Enjoy reading!

Go check out [livejournal.com profile] amelialourdes rec list. It's in the Tags under Rec Lists, and there's lots of novel length fics there.

most everything I write is not highly angsty

However, my favorite fic, aside from the authors mentioned above, is Happily Ever After by Julia (http://www.midnightwhispers.ca/viewstory.php?sid=817)

You can't go wrong with anything by blissink (http://blissink.livejournal.com), but my favorite story of hers is One Love (http://blissink.livejournal.com/tag/one%20love).

Same goes for scoobygang8 (http://scoobygang8.livejournal.com). "Truth in Advertising" and "The Boy from New York" are pretty amazing AU's which somehow manage to stay completely in character, but my fave, fave, fave of all time is her "In Paris". Be forewarned though, it is a WIP - but so worth it, IMO.

Finally, bdeviled's (http://bdeviled.livejournal.com) entire post-513 universe is awesome ("A Love that Will Never Grow Old" and "Into the Sunset"), but my go-to story is "Full Circle" - another WIP, but, again, so worth it...

Good luck with your surgery!

In Paris has not been updated since Feb 2010. But the last entry does serve as a decent ending to the story.
