Justin as a teenage father

I've checked the tags and the memories but haven't found it. I might be mixing two stories together too. Justin got some girl pregnant, but the girl didn't want the baby and turned over custody to Justin. He moves to the Pitts and meets Brian. Eventually the girl shows up and decides she doesn't want two men raising her child and threatens to sue for custody. I think it was on BJFic.net but can't be sure. Does anyone recognize it?

Something along those lines happens in Actions Speak Louder (http://www.midnightwhispers.ca/viewstory.php?sid=276&warning=3) by Draccone. Justin has sole custody of his son, Eric, because Eric's mom, Erica, wasn't interested in raising him. She shows up saying that she's gotten married and is ready to be a mom. She also points out that a judge will be likely to give custody to a married het couple over a m/m couple. Brian figures out that what she really wants is to be given money to go away.
