Brian andJustin living in NYC in a three story apartment

I'm hoping to get some help.

All I remember of this story is that Brian moves to NYC and opens a second Kinnetik. Justin has a roommate named Pam(?) who's a law student. She becomes their live-in maid. They purchase an apartment with lots of room and set up Kinnetik there. Then they purchase an apartment below theirs and later above their own. They put in a rooftop sauna. Lindsey break up with Mel and moves in with them. she then agrees to have Justin's baby. Gus is living with them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
