Brian/Justin reunion fic includes Justin/other

I've been racking my brain (as well as my bookmarks) but can't seem to find this fic!!! Brian and Justin aren't together but Justin is still in the Pitts - it's a bit of an AU. Justin hooks up with a visiting architect who is a friend of Ben's. The guy ends up wanting Justin to move away with him, but, as we all know, Justin & Brian were meant to be... Also, at some point Lindsay prevents Justin from winning some kind of award/scholarship/contest at PIFA (since she's on the committee) because she's jealous of Justin's talent.

oh, God, yes. Best fic out there, in my opinion, hands down. I so wish myrna were still writing for us.
