Justin relives his death on Halloween

I remember that every year on Halloween day Justin relives his murder, I think at the end we find out that it was Hobbs, Justin was killed in some kind of mansion, he has been captured in  there for years as a ghost, Brian buys it, and at the end, when the murder was solved, Justin come back. I've tried the tags but no luck.
