Justin in LA inwheelchair/2 sticks

Hoping I'm not mixing up stories, but I think I remember Brian being involved with someone else and Justin goes to LA(is in LA) and gets runover. He lives in a big house,is usually in a wheelchair but progresses to using 2 sticks and there is someone screens who he sees. Brians boyfriend comes and warns Justin off and Justin talks about different first loves and that Brian was all of them for him. I think it ended happily. Hope someone out there recognises this.
