Homeless Justin finds Brian's wallet and asks for job

I can't remember if this is an old AU that I recently found here (although scrolling through recent entries didn't turn it up; nor did the Tags help) or if it is a newish-one that popped up on my friends-list.

Michael, Jen, and Molly have all died in car accidents. Justin, who has been homeless since his dad kicked him out, finds Brian's wallet at the cemetery. Seeing Brian's business cards inside, he decides to return the wallet in person and ask for a job. Brian challenges Justin to design the layout for an ad campaign, and if he does well, will give him a job in the art department. He gives Justin all the cash in the wallet to get art supplies.

Justin uses most of the money to put down a deposit for an apartment for himself and Hunter, but the building manager-- who was actually just fired-- pockets the cash and gives them a bogus lease. The culprit is none other than Kip Thomas.

In the last chapter I read, both Justin and Kip were about to start working for Kinnetik, and Justin lands in the hospital with TB.
