Prequels

I'm looking for one specific thing, but similar fics are wanted as well.

I've been reading a lot of prequels lately and now that I've run out I need more. I either need Brian in high school or college. And no, I don't need B/J highschool fics and I definitely don't need fics that insinuate that Brian and Justin met before the show began when Justin was a little boy. I just need fics centered on Brian before Queer as Folk. Things like the Brian/Michael or Brian/Lindsay friendships and especially former relationships of Brian's.

One specific one I remember but can't find is about a guy that continuously cheated on Brian (I think it was while he was in college) and Brian continued to forgive him and take him back until the guy left him to, I guess, prevent himself from causing more pain. There's one specific scene in which Brian asks the guy how much he loves him and the guy says "more than" either my life or the world and Brian replies with "liar". It was pretty AU, but that's okay with me.

Any and all recs would be greatly appreciated.
