Sick Justin becomes Justin Kinney

I'm looking for a fic that I believe is on midnight whispers. 

Justin is homeless and becomes very sick.  Brian finds him and takes him to a hospital and later has Justin living somewhere warm to get over his sickness.  They change Justin's last name to Kinney.

The fic I'm looking for is not  'A Soft Place To Fall'.
