I remember reading a fic which began with Justin returning to the loft, with his bags some time after leaving Brian in the finale, begging Brian to let him stay and not to send him away again, that he was miserable in New York and wanted to come home. I'm pretty sure it would be a long, multi-chaptered fic, probably completed. Its only really this early scene which has stuck in my head like a bad 80's song... could you help getting it shifted? ;o)
I really like the idea of either Brian or Justin coming to their senses about what a huge mistake they're making directly or shortly after the finale... so if there are any fics that vaguely meet these criteria, I would really appreciate reading them.
This is my first time posting here, but I think your comm is really amazing, everyone is so knowledgeable!

Can you believe that both of these might be the right ones... I'm pretty sure I've read Homecoming and also Something Beautiful that sexy_pumpkin recommended, so maybe I was thinking of two fics as one.
I'm off to re-read them all now.
