AU- Justin hired to ruin Brian, but doesn't do it because of Gus

Justin is a single parent of a little boy. His son has heart problems, and Justin needs money for the medical bills. Dr. Dave, who blames Brian for his break-up with Michael, hires Justin to seduce Brian (not hard to do) and then accuse him of sexual assualt. Instead, Justin gets to know Brian--and Gus--and can't go through with it (the second half, not the first ;D).

During all this, Mel and Lindsay die in an accident. Brian wants custody of Gus, but the rest of the "family" think that he should let Michael and Ben have Gus to keep the kids together. Only Justin takes Brian's side.

Am I confusing two different fics? Link(s)?
