Justin as Kinnetik's art director

getithereI'm pretty sure I have it somewhere on my hard drive but I can't remember the author's name or the fic's title.
What I know is that Justin is thehead of the art department a consultant at Kinnetik but some people don't like it because he's the boss' boyfriend.
There's one woman, a total bitch, who is kind of a manager and has "pet" artists in the department, so she only ever show their artwork to Brian to choose from. Justin realizes there are talented artists overlooked because of that and organizes a contest: each team has to prepare artwork for the same project. Then all artworks are presented to Brian and, of course, the bitch's pets don't measure up and in the end she's fired.
