Justin wants to be a kept boy

I read this fic maybe 3 days ago but I can't for the life of me remember anything but this scene

so Brian and Justin are in a hotel I think in NY
and Justin says to Brian "when you're rich again I'll leave my job and be a kept boy"
"who says I'm not rich now?"
"you're so not rich right now, I'm still working aren't I ?"
