Brian/Justin/Surrogate

Hope someone can help. I've spent last 2 days pouring thru all the entries. Looking for a story where Brian hires a surrogate to have Justin's biological children unbeknownst to Justin. I think its post season 5 fic but not sure. Eventually Justin and Brian reunite. The surrogate is a nurse if I recall correctly. Sorry I cant recall more.


ETA: found. But does anyone know if there was a sequel? I seem to remember more to the story.

Thats it...but I seem to remember it being longer. Was there a sequel? More about life once Justin returned and thye grandparents became involved?
