FOUND: "Knotting His Tie" by azureopal

I'm looking for "Knotting His Tie" by azureopal. It's told from Jennifer's POV and is about her going to meet Brian and Justin over in Amsterdam (?), and they surprise her with their wedding. I know it was on BJFic, but after Googling, searching the tags, and trying archive.org I've had no luck finding it elsewhere.
