I think it was an alternate season three where Brian and Justin are back together and it's Lindsay that decides to carry the second baby and (of course) wants Brian as the father again. Only her and Mel want Brian to stop tricking for three months before he donates to make sure he's negative. Brian agrees but tries to hide from Justin (and everyone else in the family) that they're monogomous, hilarity ensues... anyone recognize it? Thanks :)
