Justin stays in Pitts post-513 and doesn't tell Brian.

Hi all!

I am looking for a fic where Justin stays at Britin post-513. I remember he starts going to NY but decides to buy a car instead and ends up staying at Britin. Somewhere along the line he meets a sculptor called/nicknamed 'Thor' and ends up becoming a really successful artist without NY. Through all of this, Brian remains in the dark :)

I also remember Justin comes up with some rather elaborate schemes to make sure Brian thinks he's in NY (eg. finding someone to pretend to be his roommate in NY and actually going up there to meet Brian occasionally).

Eventually the truth comes out, involving a pretty garden at Britin (which Justin designed in between becoming a successful artist and the rest of the plot), and they all live happily ever after.
