Brian and Justin go visit Brian's Dad and Older Brother in Jail

I'm looking for a fic that read ages ago. I don't really remember what their ages were but I think the story begins with them being teens and continues to where they're in the 20's. Brian was Debbie's foster child until his dad came and took him back. During the time he was living with his dad and brother he helped them plan a robbery that went bad. His dad and older brother went to jail for the crime but protected Brian by swearing that Brian had nothing to do with it. I think Jack dies in jail but when Brian's older brother gets out he wants Brian to give him money to repay his debts and threatens him with the fact that it was Brian who had planned the robbery. Brian ends up getting kinda involved and he wants Justin to move out of the loft for safety, but after one night Justin decides hes sticking with Brian. In the end I think his older brother gets killed anyways. 

I'm sorry I know this is a lot of ramble, but please! Does it seem familiar to anyone?
