Mysterious Marylin fic

I was reading a fic a couple of days ago but I did not bookmark it. I believe Mysterious Marylin is involved in giving Brian a Wish. At first I thought it was The Wish by Irina but it's not.  I remember the fic starting off at the GLC Carnivale or something.  I am so sorry for being so vague.  Hopefully someone can help me find it!

i also thought it was the wish but i think from your description it doesn't involve Mysterious Marylin but a gypsy its "Make wrong things right" : http://www.mags-nificent.com/MSW/GF/Make.htm
