I don't know the title of the story I know that justin boke the contact to brian and calls him ofeten to hear his voice on the answering machine..... I know it has a happy end .... please help !

Justin does the same thing in Rizabeau's Delivered (http://qaf-fic.com/atp/viewstory.php?sid=4230&warning=NC-17), but that's definitely not a one-shot. In fact, it's the third story in a three story series.
