Seeking AU fic recs.

K guys, I've read lots and lots of Brian/Justin fics but I've yet read an AU fic because I'm not sure if I'm gonna like it or not. So it'll be nice if you guys can rec me some of your favourite AU fics. Something in character but no highschool/boarding school fics. I prefer them to be of the same age as canon. Thanks in advance!! :)

I felt the same way before I started reading AU's. I have some favorite's they are (in no particular order):

netlagd's "Commuter Lives" and it's sequel "Turbulence"
She also has a great WIP called "Educating Justin"

I love Gaedhal's Medium Security (http://members.aol.com/gaedhals/mediumsecuritypage.html/). It's prison fic and extremely well researched (which I didn't know when I was reading it at first, but then was so intrigued that I looked it up).
