I've lost my files! Help?

My computer died an untimely death last month and as of yet I've been unable to retrieve the many, many saved QAF fics I had treasured and shared!

Although I've only been in the fandom for a relatively short time(Oct 2008), I've been fortunate to have many folks generously share fics which were no long available

(some for reasons that I find hard to agree with

) to newbies such as myself and in turn I was more than happy to send them along to other readers when the occasion arose.

My plea now is to ask anyone that I might have emailed a fic to this last year or so to please return the favor and send them back to me at

ETA Update:

I have received some of the replacement fics and I am thrilled. Now My Documents folder doesn't look so forlornly empty. Feel free to keep 'em comin' however and a big fat juicy kiss to you generous folks that took the time to help.

Hon, you need to go to the Lost fics links on the sidebar and just go to town. I'll bet a good deal of what you're looking for is there.

Heh red, are you kidding? I spend a lot of my time searching the Tags and/or Lost fics link on this site. I suppose someday, I might tire of good QAF fic, but I don't think it will be anytime soon and no, I don't have a life but who needs one in this fandom anyway?

PS: I can't imagine not having this comm on LJ, so thanks to you and court for your general awesomeness!

I have bookmarks for 5 different fandoms, so...I have just about anything you could ask for, except crack and bad!fic. sidhe_arien has those. lol

Oh, and no Twatlight fic! *shudders* God save us from teh sparklies!

You're just jealous. I'm just sayin'. ;) Because there's no need to be hate'n on the QaF fic on my hard drive. I have Rigby!fic on my HD, damnit! :D

PS

You know the one thing missing on QaF is a sparkly!gay!vampire. Edward Cullen would so fit in, in the backroom of Babylon. hee!
