I'm looking for a B/J Death!fic called Limited Time by twins_1729.
Brian goes to the hospital because Gus was in an accident I think. There he meets Justin who is somewhere between 17-20 years. Justin has some sort of illness or cancer, but because of his sexuality his parents threw out and he doesn't have an insurance and not enough money to pay for an operation. I think Brian overhears him yelling at the nurse because of the lousy food he gets there, so he comes back the day after with food from McDonalds I think. They get to know each other and fall in love. in the end Brian takes him to a hospital that specializes in Justin's illness.

I'm pretty sure I read on bjfic.net and I've checked midnightwhispers.ca and fanfiction.net, but they are not there. Does anyone have another link? I would really appreciate it since I have been looking for it for months.
