Anti Lindsey fic child abuse

I'm looking for a fic where Lindsey punishes Gus but doesn't realize that its child abuse until Gus tells Brian. Brian and Justin gets custody of Gus and Lindsey ends up in a mental hospital. Don't know how Mel is involved, don't remember.
