Looking For: Brian with physical pain/scars

I am in the mood to read something with Brian have chronic pain may as a disease or a side effect from an old injury.

In a similar not I am looking for any fics that have Brian's childhood much more painful than the show kind of alludes to. I know the show says that his father was abusive and it's absolutely true, but it doesn't really say if it was physically abusive (except maybe a slap across the head or something) Abuse comes in many forms I'm looking for something where not only the emotional and mental abuse affects his life but also the physical.

It doesn't necessarily mean I want Brian out or character, just maybe give him another reason to be an asshole.
