Brian with an Irish accent

Hey, I'm really interested in reading stories where Brian is actually Irish (with an irish accent). I tried to read Irish Devotion but could only find one chapter at emmakinneys LJ. Does anyone have a link to all of it or to any other stories where he is Irish.

I looked at the tags and someone mentioned Emeral Enchantment it was an Mpreg but I couldn't find a link for it.

Hey there, I'm glad you are interested in Brian being Irish :D

Well, there is a comm called queerasholidays and you can find more chapters of Irish Devotion and Emerald Enchantment there. Emerald Enchantment is completed (I think) but I've had a busy busy year so Irish Devotion isn't completed.

I haven't read or heard of many other fics with Irish!Brian.

Lol, well, I am Irish and it makes me laugh that people think the accent is so sexy. Believe me, if you heard some of the men over talk, especially where I live, not only is it not sexy but it is barely understandable! Ha.

Cool, I'm English and I do think it's sexy especially Colin Morgan though his accent is sometimes hard to understand. My friends family is part Irish and she's told me some funny stories about the Irish, her gran likes to drink quite a lot lol.

There was one (it was still a WIP, but not abandoned, as far as I remember) where Brian was working in a bar in Las Vegas where he meets Justin. He gets Justin drunk and marries him so he can stay in the US. But eventually he is forced to leave and both, he and Justin, go back to Ireland.
I'm sorry, I don't remember the author or the title. But maybe someone else will.

I'm so not helpful because, again, I remember one story but not the author or the title. In it, Brian was a couple years younger than Justin or they were the same age. Brian just moved from Ireland and on his first day of school he meets 4(?) people who he becomes friends with. One of them was British, I think, because I remember he had an accent, too. Brian used to play the guitar and sing. When performing on stage in a small club, he meets Justin. It was a really good story. There was a "fag" joke in it. Because the British guy thought "fag" means cigarette and he was wondering why Brian was referred to as a cigarette.

I remember reading a college fic where Brian moves to the Pitts from Ireland to go to school. Justin is the one with the "doesn't believe in love" philosophy. Somehow the guys get together, but things go wrong. I can't remember if Brian ends up going back to Ireland, or if he just considers it...I do know that the guys end up together in the end. Unfortunately, I can't remember the title or author. Hopefully, someone else will read this and know what fic it is...
