Post 513 fic, Justin in NY doing drugs

Hi! I'm looking for a post 513 fic. All I remember is that Justin is in NY and is doing a lot of partying trying to cope with being lonely. I remember him having a phone conversation with Brian about how he "got lost" one night via drugs/drinking and how he doesn't like the way his life is. I think it may be part of a larger series.
