Post-513/Kid Has a Crush on Brian

I read this story a long time ago so the details are fuzzy. What I remember is that it was most likely post-513 and some kid was living with Debbie. He had an obvious crush on Brian and was always trying to hook up with him. I remember the gang sitting in Debbie's living room and the kid is just staring at Brian, thinking all of these thoughts about how he would get Brian. Justing then comes through the door and Brian's all happy and the kid is confused. In another section they all go to Britin(?) and begin a game of truth or dare. Someone asks Justin who is first crush was and he says that it was Chris Hobbes. I think the kid wants to know more and he's rude about it and Brian possibly gets mad. That's all I really remember.
