Kip Thomas lawsuit backfires

getithereI know that I've read this a few million times, but I can't remember the Author or Title.
Kip tries to sue Brian, but Brian has evidence that he wasn't even in town at the time of the allegation, that he was in NY with his boyfriend [Justin]. Pretty sure that it's part of a longer story, not just a oneshot.
Anyone remember this?
