Looking for a Post 513 fic

I can't remember a lot about it, but Justin has been in NYC and comes home and Brian is there and he's been helping a guy run for office. I think he's running for Police Chief and he's gay.

Anyone know what I'm talking about? LOL! I may have lost my mind. It wouldn't be the first time, but I'm fairly sure this story was still a WIP and I just can't remember it.
