Justin paints in public venues (fic inspired by artist Brian Olsen)

I was watching a video of Brian Olsen and remembered reading this fic a couple of years ago. It's an AU - Brian and Justin meet when Brian attends some business function (I think) and Justin is an artist who paints huge pictures on stage. I think he sees Brian in the crowd and is inspired to paint him, but I'm not sure if he paints a picture of Brian on stage or back in his studio. I checked the tags: Meet a different way and Justin in NY but didn't find it. I would really like to read it again.
