Looking for a fic

Hi I'm looking for a fic where Brian/Justin and the gang go on a vacation
and they rent a house somewhere
and somehow the rented house gets ruined because someone was cooking and there was a mishap
also I think there was a scene in this fic involving Michael somehow sneaking up to Brian and Justin's room and accidentally(or NOT i'm not sure) watching them have sex

if anyone remembers any of this, it would be greatly APPRECIATED!
