Please help: a Justin / Ben fic

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a Justin / Ben fic.

This story is a multi-chapter story. It begins similar to Between Friends by Cathy, starting with Brian fucked Michael in the comic store in season 2, and both fucked up their relationships with Justin and Ben, and the two pairs broke up. Justin and Ben comforted each other and became close, and became boy friends eventually.

I remember in the final chapter, the gang put together a birthday party to surprise Ben, and Justin and Ben were already together, they were happy to see the gang and having a good time. But Brian and Michael were not happy to see Justin and Ben together, and they regret fucking up.

The story ended with a scene where Justin and Ben were getting ready for bed after the surprise party. And Justin was kind of thinking he's happy with his life being together with Ben, or something like that.

I am sorry for my confusing explanation, my memory of this story is very vague. 

Please help if you know the name of this story and the author.
