Fever/Sick Justin Fic?

I am trying to find a fic - or maybe there were several - in which Justin is running a fever and Brian discovers how good a feverish body temperature feels during sex. I can vaguely remember that at some point everyone is sitting in the diner and somehow it gets revealed that Justin being sick has become a turn-on because it means "hot" sex. Does that sound familiar to anyone? I think I have read a few similar to this so I might have them mixed up.

There are three fics I read before but just cannot find:

2) leelee2005 was looking for one where Joan sees Justin & Brian together on the street and thinks Justin is a girl at first. I've been searching for it ever since and it's driving me crazy.
