"are you coming and then staying" line

Hey all! It has always struck me as really weird upon reflection of the entire series that in the first episode Brian has the line ending with "are you coming and then staying?" The Brian we come to know and love/hate in the series would NEVER say that to a trick. And so therefore Justin is not a trick to Brian from the very beginning.

Thus I am on the hunt for fic where Brian knows Justin is special from the start. Maybe he had an imaginary friend when he was little that looked like Justin. Maybe he had a vision or recurring dream. Something out there that would explain what made Justin different to Brian as soon as he saw him. Thanks for the help in advance!

Our Brian was very high on drugs when he had sex with Justin the first time.
He also told him he loves him when he came.
Therefore I won't take anything serious he said that night *g*

I have read fics where Brian muses on his subconscious realizing Justin was more than a trick even though he couldn't consciously admit it because of taking him to the hospital, asking his opinion on Gus's name, letting him spend the night, etc., but I can't think of any specific ones offhand.

I think Before There Was You, There Was You by Gina Marie has something like what you were looking for. If I recall correctly, teenage Brian had a friend that had a vision of Justin under the lamp post and he drew a picture of his vision. This fic is epic in length and has two very long sequels. Most would probably consider it AU with some canon thrown in and I think many would find it fairly OCC...but never the less, it's pretty good. Not to mention, it'll keep you busy for quite a while.
