Melanie ill and signs parental rights back over to Brian

Can anyone help me out identifying this fic please, the main points i remember are:

• Lindsey has gone to France on her own leaving Mel with Gus.
• Brian and Justin are (i think) living a Britin and are on pretty good terms with Mel.
• Mel gets ill and decides the best place for Gus is with Brian so signs his rights back over to him, although she knows he won't give them back again.
• Lindsey eventually retuns and expects to take Gus back but Gus doesn't want to go, and whilst she was in France she signed some papers without reading them and has given Brian sole custody.
