I know you asked for this a while ago but I was searching the tags for something and came across your request.

There is a Brian/Justin/Ben fic in which Michael has died. It is a pretty good story. It was on bjfic net so I can't give you a link but I uploaded to sendspace so if you want the story you can download it.

Besides the Shannon Marie fic that is the only one I can think of at the moment that includes all three characters.
