Justin forced to marry Brian

Hi, so I remember reading this story in which Justin was rich( he inherited money?) but he lost all his money and was in debt (his manager made a few bad investments?),he goes to his mother and asks for her help, she agrees only if he accepts a few conditions, that is to marry a friend of hers (who is Brian) and they make this contract which states that Justin should stay married for a period of time and he have to do what Brian tells him to. so any idea where I can find it?!
