3 fics involving fire at the loft, Justin's NY apt., and Brian and Justin's shared NY home

Hi! I'm looking for 3 fics that I want to reread. Oddly enough they all seem to involve fire in some way (maybe it's just my inner pyromaniac). They are:

1. Brian's loft catches fire. Justin thinks Brian is inside and burns his hands while trying to rescue him. Justin then finds out that Brian was out tricking and he gets pissed.

2. Justin's NY apt. catches fire. Brian learns about it on the news and comes to NY, finding Justin at a temporary shelter set up for the apt. tenants.

3. I think this one was part of a long story/series. All I remember is that both Brian and Justin live in NY together. They are both about a block away from their apartment (but not with each other) when there is an explosion. Both of them think that the other is still inside the building. I think Gus may have been around as well.
