Justin in a coma for many years, Brian finds someone new, Justin wakes up

Hey all...

I can't remember much about this story. I don't even remember if it's canon or AU. In it Brian and Justin are together. Something happens to Justin and he ends up in a coma for many years. After a waiting a long time for Justin to wake up, Brian meets someone new and even though he still loves Justin, he has a relationship with this person...I think they might even be married. Then, of course, the inevitable happens...Justin wakes up. This throws a wrench in the gears of Brian's marriage. Brian and Justin do end up getting back together, but if I remember correctly, it takes a while.

Does this sound remotely familiar to anyone? I honestly have no idea who the author is, or even where I read it. I hope someone out there can help...
