Looking for a fic: Gus gets ignored/neglected by Lindz and Mel

I've been reading more fics where Little Gus get ignored and am now looking for one I read months ago. In the story I think Mel and Lindz are in Canada and Gus doesn't get to go school because it cost money or that year isn't required I think? But they still have JR in a nice day care. I think Brain winds up with custody of Gus at the end. Thanks!
