Brian destroying copies of Justin's pictures in the hospital

I remembered this one scene of a fic but can't for the life of me think of the story it was portrayed in.

Justin was lying in a hospital and wasn't responding to anyone. And one day Brian promised Jennifer to take care of the problem. He made some copies of Justin's sketches and pictures which looked like the originals. Then he went back to the hospital, where he ripped them up in front of Justin's eyes while telling him that he had no talent whatsoever, to get a reaction out of him.

So, does anyone know what I'm talking about here?
