Justin adopted by the Kinneys

I'm looking for a fic that I read a while back (evidently before I bookmarked everything I read) where Justin was adopted by the Kinneys when he was just a little kid. Then at some point Brian leaves and doesn't come back until years later when Justin is like 18 or something.

The story takes place mostly when Brian comes home and at first Justin is all mad at Brian because he thinks he just left him there to be beaten by Jack, but then it turns out that Jack told Brian that if he left he wouldn't hit Justin--so Brian was really just trying to protect him. Really that's all I can remember about the story (besides the fact that they end up hooking up obviously... and prob end up together) and I read it so LONG ago that I honestly don't even remember if I liked it or what site it's on or anything. But I was reading Secret Love the other day where Justin was adopted by Deb and it made me think of this story.
