Thats exactly what I thought too when I read the story. Justin did NOT get HIV because Vic picked up the piece of glass he cut himself on and disposed of it in the bathroom. Justun cut himself on a "fresh" piece of glass and thought it was the same piece Vic had cut himself on. Brian went and found the original piece. Excellent stories London writes, I love re-reading them!!
