Gus telling Justin "I love you" and nagging at Brian because he still doesn't say the words

Hi, the title says it all but i'll elaborate: I remember reading a fic in which Gus was very close to a sad Justin, he kept on telling Justin he loved him as well as nagging/blaming Brian for not sharing his feelings with Justin. I think Gus says something like "I'll love him since you don't" or "I tell him since you won't", I might be confusing with another story... And Gus is still a kid in this story even though he sounds like an adult! Sorry if this is a little vague! Thanks
