Brian/Justin laundry fic?

Hopefully someone remembers this.

In this fic Justin lives next door to? or above/below? Brian, and he always hears him having sex with people. And at some point Justin accidentally lets it slip that he can hear everything that goes on in Brian's bedroom. And I remember there was something with Brian wanting to have sex with Justin in the laundry room... on the dryer? And they did laundry together every weekend. I think that's how they met each other. Oh, and at some point I think Brian helps Justin put these shelves? together, except they never finished because they end up having sex on the floor...and then things get all awkward. Daphne is involved somehow, and doesn't really want Justin to get involved with Brian?

That's as much as I can remember, and I'm obviously a bit unsure about some of the details given the question marks everywhere. I'm pretty sure the fic was originally posted at bjfic, not sure if it was posted elsewhere.
