Justin slips and falls in NYC

I am looking for a story where Justin is in NYC.  It is snowing, Justin slips on the ice falls and hits his head. He goes to the hospital.  When Brian finds out he says something along the lines of "I can't leave you alone for five fucking minutes" or something like that.  Does anybody know what I am talking about? Any help would be wonderfrul!

Brian can't reach Justin because his phone was disconnected, and later on Justin gets hurt taking down some shelves or something while on the phone with Brian, when he calls from the hospital he's really high on some generic pain killers. No slipping though.
