Fic where Brian tracks Justin down in NY

This is my first post here.  I am looking for a fic I read a while ago.  For some reason, it popped into my head and is now driving me crazy.  I don't remember a lot of the details.  I know it takes place in NY.  Brian runs into Justin at a coffee show (I think) after they have been broken up for a while.  I'm pretty sure it is post-513 and not AU.  Anyway, somewhere towards the end of the fic Justin discovers that Brian had hired a PI and went to that coffee shop in order to meet up with him.  Justin gets upset because he thought it was fate or something.  I think Justin might have been in a new relationship at the beginning of the fic, but I'm not sure about that.  Also, I think there is some kind of story line about Justin moving into Brian's apartment.

Clearly, I do not have all the details and this description is a bit scattered.  Hopefully, this will be enough to spark someone's memory.  Thanks to anyone who can help.
